Gill Lewis
Born in Kent, UK, Gill has painted for most of her life and attended St Martins School of Art in London before her travels and experience led her to a 30 year career as a psychologist and psychotherapist.
Gill describes her art as an external expression of her internal world in that moment of time. She says that the process of creating is as therapeutic and transformational as any other therapy.

Meet in the middle: It was my intention to create a piece with substantial negative space in the middle, like a deep immovable ocean, but as in all relationships there is always space to meet in the middle if we allow it.
